How can I buy your products?
Ordering is easy, you can order online from our web site by clicking on the Buy Now option on the screen.

Can I buy your products from a shop close to me?
No our products are only sold through our web site.

Is ordering from your web site secure?
Absolutely! Your security and privacy is important to us. All credit card orders are encrypted over the standard SSL protocol.

I donít want to use my credit card, how can I order your products?
If you do not feel comfortable placing an order using your credit card on the Internet, use the links above and select a payment other than credit card.

How long will it take to receive my order?
To keep the cost of your order down, we ship by air mail. Generally we ask you to allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. The shipping and handling cost is a flat $7 to anywhere in the world. All orders are shipped from Australia. From our experience, we know shipping to most major cities of the European countries and the west coast of USA takes around 7-10 days. Shipping to the major cities of the east coast of USA can take around 15 days.

Activation Files are send by email within 1-2 working days by email. Please allow for time difference.

We use Australia Post's express mail service for shipping to Australian destinations, which takes 1-3 days to most locations in Australia.

How will I know you have processed and shipped my order?
We will send you a confirmation by email as soon as we process your order. We will then prepare your order and ship within 1-2 working days (often the next working days).

If you do not hear from us within 2 working days of placing your order, you should contact us immediately.

What is your refund and exchange policy?
As with any software sale, all sales are final and non-refundable. We offer a fully functional evaluation version of our software for you to test. Please make sure you are happy with it before ordering it. We also make available the list of known problems on our web site under the
Support section.  Of course we will review every refund claim based on the circumstances.

What are the cost of your products and the currency of the prices?
The prices for our products are listed on Order section of our web site. You can access it by clicking on the Buy Now link on our web site.

Your order will be charged in US dollars to your credit card. This is because your order is actually processed by our resellers in the USA and the transaction will be completed in the USA and will be between you and our reseller, RegNet.

How can I get a sales receipt?
When you place your order you will receive and order confirmation directly from our resellers. This email is you sales receipt. If you need a hard copy, please print this email.

Will I have to pay customs duty and taxes for my order?
We do not charge you any sales taxes, nor do our resellers. However, you may be charged customs duty and local taxes. You must check with your local authorities.

We do not include any sales receipts with your order. Sales receipt will emailed to you. If you need to have a sales receipt, please make sure you print this email message.

I have two PCs. Can I buy one copy and install it on both my PCs?
Technically speaking, yes it is possible. However, legally you must only install it on one PC (to used by one person and at any time).

We need to install your products on a few PCs, what options are available to us?
We offer site licences, which offer an alternative to buying a few copies of the same product. Site licences are offered at a discount. We only ship a single copy of the product and charge you shipping for one item only. You are invoiced according to the number of users/PCs and your sales receipt is the proof of your rights to install the software accordingly on more than one PC.

How can I get more information about buying a site licence for our organisation?
To place an order or an exact price for a site licence, please email us the name of the organisation to be licensed, a contact name, address, phone and fax numbers and the number of users. We will generate a performa invoice and send it to you.

You can use the invoice to raise the money. Upon receiving the full payment we will ship your order. Please note when you receive the performa invoice you are under no obligation to proceed with the purchase. It is issued only to assist you with your organisation's accounting procedures.

Payment for site licence orders must be by direct back transfer.
